Free 20 Minute discovery session
During this initial FREE 20 minute consultation, which can take place in person or online, we will discuss the history of your overall health. How you feel now? What concerns you have? and how you would like to feel? This gives me an idea of the areas you want to focus on and need support with and enables me to design a programme completely bespoke for you. Should you feel we are a good fit and you would like to progress with my full health coaching programme we will agree how best to make this work for us both.

A 100% tailored 1-1 coaching program just for you. Together we will discover the key diet and lifestyle habits which are preventing you from reaching your goals. I will partner with you as you journey towards a happier and healthier you!
The program includes:
An initial 90min exploration coaching session of your health history, where you are now and where you would like to be in the long-term.
8 x 60min coaching sessions
Relevant materials and resources sent via WA or email inbetween coaching sesions regarding nutrition, sleep, stress, movement and emotional issues.
On-going support via WA or email of any questions that may come up.

The program includes:

12 x 60min coaching sessions
Relevant support, materials and resources sent via WA or email in between coaching sesions regarding nutrition, sleep, stress, movement and emotional issues.
Kitchen and pantry overhaul, meal planning suggestions and navigating Supermarkets, Markets and Health shops in exchange for coaching sessions.
