The best way for you to know whether health coaching is for you is for us to have a FREE 20 minute consultation. We can either meet in person or schedule an online call.
During this time, we will discuss the history of your overall health as well as your health and lifestyle goals and how to achieve them. We will also explore where you are right now and what you would like to create for yourself in the long term. This gives me an idea of the support you will need and the areas you would like to focus on. If you feel that we are a good fit and you would like to progress with me as your health and wellness partner, we can then discuss the way forward.
